As your Virtual Marketing Director, I provide ears, a shoulder, an experienced mind and, as necessary, boots to help you take your marketing forward. Measure To improve you must first know where you are currently. SME Needs analyses both your customer base and the performance of individual marketing campaigns so you will understand what is working and, perhaps more importantly, what is not working. Understand What is the size of the gap between your dreams and goals and the current situation? Once you understand this gap, there is a far greater chance of closing the gap and achieving the business goals you have set yourself. Improve The final stage is developing the plan to close the gap and then delivering on the plan. SME Needs will work with you to develop the marketing and communications strategy and then either help you implement it or act as a Virtual Marketing Director to monitor and advise.
