SmartTek Solutions Information

SmartTek Solutions is an Odoo Silver Partner with certified Odoo specialists and ISO-certified processes for quality, information security, and IT service management. We help businesses make Odoo work the way their business actually works — from consulting and implementation to customization, migration, AI enablement, and long-term support. Our specialists work with companies that need more than a standard, by-the-book Odoo implementation — whether they’re setting up Odoo for the first time, dealing with a messy existing system, migrating from an older version, or trying to reduce years of unnecessary customization. Our approach is simple: understand the business first, configure what Odoo already does well, and customize only where it genuinely adds value. We cover the full Odoo lifecycle: • Odoo Consulting — understand your processes, assess your current setup, and define the right Odoo approach. • Implementation — configure Odoo around your operations, from initial setup to go-live. • Customization — build the functionality Odoo doesn’t provide out of the box while keeping the system maintainable. • Migration — move from older Odoo versions, other ERPs, or spreadsheets while preserving critical business functionality and data. • AI Enablement — introduce AI agents and automation into Odoo, with changes tested and stabilized before production. • Support & Maintenance — keep your Odoo environment secure, reliable, updated, and supported over time. Our team brings both business and technical expertise. We don’t just document requirements and hand them to developers — our functional and engineering specialists work together to understand the business logic and implement it in Odoo. If your Odoo environment has become difficult to manage, or you’re considering a new implementation or migration, let’s talk.
