Smartplan offers online shiftplanning to customers all over Europe. We focus on creating an intuitive and user-friendly shiftplanning system, which everyone can use. But, with Smartplan you also get much more than simply shiftplanning. You can for example handle your employees' absence such as vacation or sickness. All of the communication between employees and administrators can also be handled in Smartplan. And you can set up salary types and supplements and get an Excel or CSV file with all of your salary data. Furthermore, your employees can submit requests when you have to plan your rotas, they can swap shifts with each other and they can register their meeting times through our punch clock.
