The SmartMetrics journey began in 2011 at the encouragement of the customers that we were already serving in a freelance relationship. They enjoyed the quality of service, fast response times, and problem resolution that the founders of our company were delivering and pressed upon them the need for a company that would deliver this same high level of service. Today, those same customers are still with us and continue to enjoy the SmartMetrics way. We have never forgotten where we came from and the customer is still the most important part of what we do! It didn’t take long until our little company began to experience explosive growth. With this came the challenge of needed office and server space to accommodate our growing list of increasingly successful clients. So, in 2013 we moved into 2,600 sq. ft. facility in Mississauga that houses our own data center. Finally! We had a server environment that had the room for growth that we needed to accommodate our clients and the control that we wanted in that environment to provide those clients with specific, tailored IT solutions that were unavailable elsewhere.
