SmartLeisure is the first buyer-oriented website that helps interested buyers or existing owners find their ideal match to co-own leisure assets -- where they want it, when they want it and with whom they want it, all within one secure, privacy-protected venue. Access to the SmartLeisure matching process is free to use. If you do not jointly purchase the asset, it is free. If Smart Leisure fails to identify a match, it is free. If within 36 months you are a party to an acquisition, the consortium of buyers collectively pay a one-time, 3% fee of the purchase price.
