smartINST Information

smartINST is a French company which designs and offers wireless miniaturized instrumentation for tank process. Thanks to a wireless measuring device floating with the liquid, the system follows the product evolution at the most relevant place as well as the process. A smartPART is made of a centimeter-sized capsule containing a complete acquisition system and data processing. Thanks to a radio-frequency transmission system, it is able to communicate in real-time with the acquisition center (smartCENTER). Its PEEK shell gives mechanical and chemical resistance. It is also biocompatible and sterilizable for bioprocess requirements and ATEX compliant. Monitoring the evolution of the physico-chemical characteristics (temperature, pressure, conductivity, pH, turbidity...) from the core of the mixture under production ensures its homogeneity. Simultaneously, mixing process is controled by measuring the stirring rate. smartINST products are dedicated to R&D, industrialization and production concerned by mixing management (Pharma & Biotech, Chemistry, Cosmetics and Food Industry). They offer an answer regarding PAT expectations.
