SMARTI is a Japan-based AI data solutions and governance company supporting the development of reliable and responsible AI systems. SMARTI designs and delivers multilingual, multimodal, and sensor-derived datasets across controlled, remote, and real-world collection environments. Our work supports speech and language models, computer vision, multimodal systems, and field-based AI applications, with integrated quality assurance, consent management, privacy controls, and cross-border data governance. Our services cover the full AI data lifecycle, including data and collection design, participant recruitment, field operations, annotation, quality assurance, model evaluation, and project governance. Headquartered in Fukuoka, with a Tokyo branch and operations across seven countries, SMARTI coordinates complex multi-country projects through local teams and international delivery networks.
