The energy storage in the nose of the aircraft can be changed by anyone within 15 minutes, depending on the mission. Either the hybrid range extender or a battery pack is installed. This way you can easily fly 800 km or fully electric for two hours. The propeller is not a nuisance at the front of the cockpit. This makes smartflyer the ideal training platform for future jet pilots.
