SmartDrones is a deep-tech company building autonomous drone systems for critical infrastructure inspection and monitoring. We design the full stack ourselves - our own UAVs, onboard computers, proprietary flight and mission control, and cloud-based software that runs the entire inspection process with a single click: from asset registration, through autonomous capture, to AI-assisted review and reporting. Our approach is supervised autonomy. The system handles the repeatable work - flight, capture, data upload, structured records - while the human stays in control of every decision that matters. This makes inspections faster, more repeatable, and easier for service teams to run on their own, without months of training or dependence on external subcontractors. Our first focus is wind energy, where aisBlade turns blade inspection data into structured, comparable, report-ready records. The same autonomous inspection approach extends across critical infrastructure - energy, utilities, and beyond. We design our own hardware and software stack with a strong focus on security, compliance, and supply-chain integrity - because for critical infrastructure, how a system is built matters as much as what it does.
