Smart Cooling is a mission-critical chiller tuning system designed to stabilize and optimise the performance of air-cooled chillers under high ambient temperatures. The system uses real-time sensors, controlled adiabatic pre-cooling and closed-loop algorithms to precisely regulate condenser temperature and reduce compressor load. Unlike conventional adiabatic systems, Smart Cooling functions as an engineered performance upgrade layer for existing chillers, improving COP, increasing cooling capacity and ensuring stable operation during heat stress. The technology is fully automatic, OEM-agnostic, and tested and approved by Uptime Institute. Smart Cooling is used in data centres and industrial facilities across the world to increase efficiency, resilience and thermal stability without modifying the core chiller hardware.
