Smart Vision was formed in 2011 and works in Eastern Africa from an operation base in Mogadishu, Hargaisa and Garowe of Somalia. Recently we have established our Nairobi office. We have a diverse client base including NGOs, governments, donor agencies and the private sector. The company is employee-owned by core team of staff, supplemented by a network of associates. We are driven by our desire to make meaningful contributions to the development arena, as well as by an imperative to be of service to our clients. As a small but growing private company, we recognize that our survival depends on providing value for money and products that enhance our customers' reputation and impact. To achieve our aims we focus our work on a set range of specialties and strive to ensure that Smart Vision complements and adds value to our customer's development efforts. In the last six years we have developed four main technical specializations: project/programme evaluations, research and baseline studies, institutional capacity and finance mechanisms and proposal development and project design.
