Since July 27, 1998 "Nuclearelectrica" - SA is registered with the Register of Commerce, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as a state owned company. SNN SA is reporting to the Ministry of Economy. The state owns 81,2700% of Nuclearelectrica's shares, Fondul Proprietatea - 9,7270% and other shareholders - 9.0030%. The main activity fields of SNN SA are centered on the generation of electrical and thermal power, and manufacturing of nuclear fuel. SNN SA also coordinates the investment-development activities as well as the human resources training and optimization. SN Nuclearelectrica SA has two branches, no legal person: - Cernavoda NPP Division operating Cernavoda NPP Units 1 and 2 and the auxiliary services and performing the preservation of Unit 3, 4 & 5 until completion and commissioning; - FCN - Pitesti, the Nuclear Fuel Plant - manufacturing nuclear fuel for Cernavoda NPP Units 1 & 2

Aceasta este pagina de prezentarea a tuturor proiectelor dezvoltate de companiile Distributie Energie Oltenia, Ovidiu Development, Tomis Team, MW Team Invest, CEZ Vanzare, TMK Hydroenergy Power si CEZ Romania care, in data de 31 martie 2021 au fost achizitionate de fondurile administrate de Macquarie Infrastructures and Real Assets (MIRA), parte a Grupului Macquarie din Australia. Distributie Energie Oltenia (fosta CEZ Distributie) asigura alimentarea cu energie electrica a sapte judete: Arges, Dolj, Gorj, Mehedinti, Olt, Teleorman si Valcea. CEZ Vanzare este principalul furnizor de energie electrica din sud-vestul Romaniei dar si furnizor de gaze naturale, cu un portofoliu de clienti casnici si industriali care depaseste 1,4 milioane de clienti. Ovidiu Development, Tomis Team, MW Team administreaza cel mai mare parc eolian pe uscat din Europa, in zona Dobrogea, la Fantanele, Cogealac si Gradina. Parcul Eolian a insemnat o investitie de 1,1 miliarde Euro si contine 240 de turbine eoliene cu o putere totala instalata de 600 MW. Intreaga capacitate a parcurilor Eoliene a fost pusa in functiune la sfarsitul anului 2012. TMK Hydroenergy Power gestioneaza sistemul hidroenergetic de langa Resita, judetul Caras-Severin, format din 4 microhidrocentrale (Grebla, Crainicel 1, Crainicel 2 si Breazova) si amenajarile hidro aferente de la Trei Ape, Gozna, Valiug si Secu. De asemenea, in urma investitiei in reabilitarea complexului de hidrocentrale de la Resita in scopul cresterii eficientei, capacitatea de productie s-a ridicat de la 18 MW la circa 22 MW dupa finalizarea procesului de modernizare. MIRA este cel mai mare administrator de infrastructura la nivel international si este parte din Macquarie Group, aflat in top 10 companii din Australia in functie de capitalizarea de piata.
