The Center for Community Solutions is a nonpartisan think tank focused on solutions to health, social and economic issues, with offices in Cleveland and Columbus. Three areas of expertise support every aspect of our work: Applied Research; Nonpartisan Public Policy and Advocacy; and Communications with a focus on the following policies: *Strengthening the Health and Human Services Safety Net *Medicaid *Safety, Health, and Economic Wellbeing of Older Adults *Improving Maternal and Infant Health *Improving Access to Behavioral Health Services We believe by properly combating these issues, we will be one step closer to achieving our main goal: to improve the quality of life of all Ohioans.

The Neighborhood Development (NDC) company has completed the development of over 575,000 square feet of real estate and has projects currently under development that represent over 400,000 square feet and $100 million of investment. The Neighborhood Development Company has led the revitalization of the DC’s vital Georgia Avenue corridor, with over 400 housing units constructed or under development in this area, the introduction of entrepreneurial, neighborhood-serving retailers, and the development of facilities for non-profit institutions and schools. NDC has also completed numerous affordable housing projects.
