SLR Credit Solutions Information

SLR Credit Solutions (formerly Crystal Capital) provides senior and junior secured revolvers and term loans for both asset-based and cash flow financings from $20 million to $200 million for middle market companies. It provides capital to sponsored and non-sponsored companies, either as a sole lender or in conjunction with banks and other lenders. A core capability is to structure financings with asset-intensive, operationally challenged companies such as those experiencing some type of restructuring, including bankruptcy. SLR Credit Solutions also works with healthy companies that are either seeking growth capital or being acquired by a private equity firm. We provide a consistent source of capital throughout a business' life cycle as well as in different economic conditions. Two Primary Types of Transactions • Asset-based revolvers or term loans in which SLR Credit Solutions has either a first lien or second lien on the borrower’s assets. SLR Credit Solutions partners with other lenders and structures transactions with bifurcated pools of collateral. The company will finance negative EBITDA companies and/or companies that are managing through a restructuring or turnaround. • Enterprise value transactions for which the borrower’s cash flow is the primary source of repayment. In these EV transactions, SLR Credit Solutions works with companies that have a minimum of $30 million in EBITDA and are generally sponsor backed.
