SLCA Information

SLCA, SL is a service oriented joint venture dedicated to the management of aviation products such as kerosene (JET A1), aviation gasoline (AVGAS 100LL) and lubricants. Our company supplies fuel services to commercial airlines and private clients in twenty one Spanish airports, seventeen of which are in the Iberian Peninsula and three in the Balearic Islands. Depending on the requirements of our clients these services include: fuel transport to airport facilities, reception and storage, quality control, and into-plane fuelling and the management of sales external to the airport. The annual average number of employees at SLCA, SL is around 270 employees. The management of seasonal variations is important primarily to the seasonality of the activity in many airports where we operate such as Madrid, Barcelona, Palma, Ibiza and Mahon. The stability of the workforce is one of the main pillars of the company's human resources policies and has an equal opportunities plan, incorporated into the text of our collective agreement. It is, in short, a highly skilled workforce, with a strong commitment towards its customers, where safety and respect for the environment are part of our operations processes.
