Slab Studio Information

Slab Studio is a full service boutique interior design studio based in Johannesburg, South Africa. Slab was founded in 2016 by three interior designers with vast and varying experience in the industry. The Slab Studio team aims to create and realise original, modern and intuitive designs which have timeless appeal. Our signature touches of custom, crafted furniture, elevated art curation and attention to detail are apparent in each and every space we create. Our philosophy towards design is rooted in our passion for creating exceptional spaces which are reflective of our clients’ identities, personalities and cultures. We spend time and effort in getting to know and understand our clients and their needs so that we can effectively design and execute a space which is both practical and attractive. This approach can be, and has been, successfully applied across all spaces, be it residential, hospitality, corporate, commercial or retail.
