SkyyGreens is a Chicago based indoor produce company. We employ best of breed aquaponic systems to provide local, organic produce to large metropolitan areas. We work with innovative and uncompromising chefs and food distributors that seek great tasting, organic produce while employing sustainable growth methods. The SkyyGreens team grew (no pun intended) tired of hearing about the lack of locally grown organic produce suppliers. We also understood the difficulty in balancing the desire for local produce suppliers with the need for large, consistent quantities of organic produce. We love our local growers, but most simply cannot provide enough organic produce to meet year-around demand.
