It all started with a common problem Crucial components client’s technology and infrastructure would fail or wouldn't meet the needs of its business or organization. Multiple clients would have this problem, but the always causes varied. Things like budgets restriction, staff knowledge, and the lack of other resources would limit quality and quality technology and infrastructure. These limitations would negatively impact a business or organization ability to grow and be efficiency. Our owner knew that clients that were not being successful they wouldn’t be clients for long. Something needed to be done to help, but she had to answer some key questions first. Why does that happen? How can we stop this? Our founder and owner, Shellie Verbiest, had been grappling with this for years. She has been in the Telecommunications and Information Technology industry for a long time, think rotary phones, 8 inch floppy disk, and 56k modems. Something had to be done; she needed to be able to offer her clients the technological power of major companies for a price that wouldn't require massive amounts of revenue. Using her industry knowledge, network, and staff; she partnered up with a series of vendors, and service providers to find a solution. Dynamic Solutions World Wide, her original company, then started to offer managed services and obtain hardware and software at highly discounted prices. This was a good start, but Shellie realized it wasn't enough. Clients were still having issues, because key network components were missing. Clients were exposed to catastrophic network failure because things like disaster recovery and backup redundancy would often be neglected, even after it was suggested. Eventually it turned into a fully managed service offering, where support, hardware, and software management would be provided to the client.This MSP offering was so effective that she eventually opened a new company that could focus on this new style managing IT, SkyForce Inc.
