SKP Group is a consulting group based in Lahore, founded in 1983 by Mr Younus Kamran, a Chartered Accountant who qualified in England and leads the firm to this day. In forty three years we have advised more than a thousand companies, in Pakistan and across the Middle East, Europe and North America. We handle the corporate side of a business. Market entry and establishment, company formation, licensing and regulatory approvals, corporate and group structuring, acquisitions, joint ventures and franchise arrangements, financial reporting, accounting and payroll, restructuring and exit. We work across pharmaceuticals and medical devices, food and beverage, chemicals, textiles, construction, technology, financial services, agriculture and energy. The firm began in project finance and business appraisal for manufacturers, and manufacturing has stayed close to the centre of what we do. The group runs through three companies: SKP Consulting, our advisory practice; BPO World, our accounting, payroll and outsourcing business, serving clients in Pakistan and abroad; and SKP Carbon, our environmental and sustainability practice.
