Skonto Prefab, founded in 2002 by five Latvian construction companies, is a full-cycle provider of prefabricated concrete solutions — from in-house design and engineering to production, delivery and on-site assembly. Today, the majority of our production is exported to Sweden and Norway, delivering large-scale residential and infrastructure projects across Scandinavia. We specialize in technologically advanced and architecturally complex precast concrete elements, including sandwich walls with brick, tile and matrix finishes, round elements, balconies, stairs, columns, beams and solid slabs.
