Skole Business Opera, L3C Information

Skole Business Opera, L3C is a low-profit limited liability company whose purpose is to provide project management and shared resource solutions for student entrepreneurs in college. Skole Business Opera creates internship programs for student-entrepreneurs during college so that they may receive college credit for the highly educational process of starting a venture. Skole Business Opera provides students that complete their performance against objective tasks that they laid out (and were approved by Skole Business Opera) at the start of their internship the keys to their own ventures. In exchange for these resources Skole Business Opera asks that the students a) meet certain ethical guidelines for a period of 5-10 years, and b) for a small equity position in the student-venture to sustain future growth.
