For Corporate Learning Managers: SkillsAI lets them create Knowledge Bases and AI mentors. The knowledge bases are created by ingesting training materials, policies, product or service documentation, videos, etc. - anything important to give context to the AI. The AI mentors are there to actively support learners on their journey. For Employees: They have access to the knowledge bases in a chat interface that gives them accurate responses, page and minute-specific resources from documents and videos, and AI mentors who are always monitoring progress and incentivizing knowledge acquisition. Also, the employee receives a personalized learning path on what they should know for the job.
