Precision (Shot): We aim to hit our targets and stand above the competition through unparallelled service. Commitment (Labs): We aim to be the most skilled developers and designers in the fields of planning, gaming, and problem solving through passion and dedication. Vision/Values Skillshot Labs aims to dominate the world with playfulness and curiosity towards a brighter future for everyone. Our Recipe As the first step towards global domination, Skillshot Labs chose the Philippines and currently employs 20 of the Philippines' best game designers and developers. We promote an open environment both by fostering a culture of collaboration and by welcoming new ideas, suggestions, and positive criticism. Skillshot Labs plans to continue to hire the best talent and grow along with our employees. Our Origin Skillshot Labs was formed in 2012 as transcosmos phil. Almost a year later, we changed our name to Skillshot Labs which better represents our goal of publishing fun, unique, and socially engaging games that make the world a happier and brighter place.
