SkillShift helps companies in the Netherlands and Belgium hire skilled talent from the Philippines. We build end-to-end recruitment and relocation pipelines for structural shortage roles across healthcare, IT, compliance, technical trades, maritime, logistics and operations. Our process covers the full chain: sourcing candidates in the Philippines, screening and matching, documentation, work permit coordination, relocation support and onboarding preparation in the Benelux. Through our Manila hub and training infrastructure, we prepare candidates before they arrive in Europe. This includes language training, cultural preparation, technical screening and role-specific training where needed. SkillShift supports direct hire, staffing, consultancy and remote staffing models, giving European companies structured access to a wider and carefully selected international talent pool. SkillShift is registered with the Philippine Department of Migrant Workers as a Foreign Recruitment Agency, is an officially recognised sponsor for highly skilled migrants in the Netherlands, is registered as a service provider for Single Permit applications in Belgium, and is NEN 4400-1 certified.
