Each learner is assessed to determine their learning goals and a bespoke plan is put in place. This offers the opportunity to engage in learning by building on successes in areas that interest them and in which they can achieve and grow in confidence. We foster a safe supportive environment that enables our learners to succeed academically, vocationally and in the workplace.
