For more than 15 years, we’ve partnered with companies and municipalities throughout Sweden to empower 17,000 young individuals. Leveraging our proven methodology - developed in collaboration with researchers at the Stockholm School of Economics - we design training programs and bespoke strategies that both build youth competencies and involve them directly in solving real-world challenges. Together with our subsidiary Rookie Startups, we also offer meaningful summer jobs where we help youth to become Summer Entrepreneurs, develop their own own initiatives and contribute to different societal challenges.
