Skillific shapes the future of recruitment. We are developing an Artificial Intelligence, able to perform the tasks that only human recruiters can perform today. Our talent seeking bot will discover and select the best candidates from all possible sources. It will handle every aspect of recruitment. This includes everything – from sourcing and contacting the candidates – all the way to personality tests and skill validation. We believe in an Artificial Intelligence triumph for recruitment services. This will bring greater transparency to the labor market, increasing efficiency for employers as well as for talent. Ours is an active role in developing a truly intelligent talent matching tool. While we pace towards our ultimate goal of a fully automated recruitment tool, we are also providing a hybrid search for our customers. This represents semi-automated headhunting: combining automated talent discovery and job matching with human recruiters taking care of the rest. This high level of automation provides fast results by finding the best available talent and keeping the headhunting price level moderately low. The more we automate, the more efficient we become.
