SkillForce is a UK charity that has inspired young people to achieve at school and succeed in life for over 10 years, drawing on the values and skills of ex-Forces personnel. In partnership with schools, SkillForce has changed the lives of 50,000 young people in the UK, engaging the hard-to-reach, developing their skills, and preparing them for next steps in education, work or training. Many of our trained instructors have served their country and have chosen now to serve their communities. We do this through the SkillForce Way, inspired by the values and skills of the military and those who have served the country. The empathy and skills of our instructors engage young people, lift aspirations and levels of achievement. We are also the trusted bridge for Service leavers looking for new careers in the education sector.
