About Us Skilled Resources is an independent staffing company which provides skilled labor with offices serving Florida for the last 15 years. The company was founded by our President, Vern Vokus in 1998 when he saw the high demand of linking labor professionals and the companies who need them. The company performs an interview with its clients consisting of the clients’ safety procedures, safety record and complete understanding of what the tasks are for the temporary employee. Branch personnel operate with the clear understanding that we not only provide temporary employees, but we are also providing the client insurance. Once a company starts using Skilled Resources Tradesmen, the branch manger will perform periodic job site safety inspections.
