Skill Deck is a behavioral skills assessment platform powered by Artificial Intelligence and grounded in real work evidence — such as video calls and messages. The system analyzes 8 behavioral competencies composed of 60 attributes. First, AI identifies which attributes were expressed during a user’s interactions. Then it applies a reference ranking to independently evaluate each attribute, assigning scores from 0 to 20 based on the predominant attitudes demonstrated in each collected piece of evidence. The result is a unique and individualized behavioral map, built from concrete data that reveals each professional’s authentic characteristics.
