In keeping up with the trends in the industry, we upgraded the Information Technology (IT) support within S. K. Brothers Realty, firstly through the computerization of information and databases to the launching of our very own website, www.skbrothers.com, tailor-made for us to provide the best possible service to our clients and customers. This system is used to connect our offices and salespeople together in real-time to faciliate sharing of information in the fastest possible way. S. K. Brothers Realty has been instrumental in many FIRSTS in the industry and continues to press on innovation and constant improvement. Our primary aim is to provide the best possible service to our clients and customers. To achieve that, our negotiators follow extensive on-going training programs covering all spheres of the real estate business. We invite qualified people – solicitors, architects and bank managers to train our people on all aspects of property transaction.
