SJD Stackwork owns dependency and platform risk for SaaS engineering teams. For a flat monthly retainer, we take dependency and platform risk off your roadmap and out of your engineers’ day-to-day decision making. Modern teams ship fast, but dependency upgrades, security patches, and breaking changes are often handled ad-hoc. No one truly owns them. Engineers avoid upgrades, risk accumulates, and fixes turn into fire drills. We exist to own that risk end-to-end. That means we: - Detect dependency and security issues early - Manage upgrades (minor → major) and breaking changes - Test and ship changes safely with rollback plans - Provide clear reporting and audit evidence We don’t replace tools like Renovate or Dependabot. We sit above them, owning the outcome, not the tooling.
