Sixty61 is a rider owned company. We make products that we would want on our own bikes. We realize you have high quality standards and keep that in mind when making all our parts. If you want a custom look for your bike at a great price, then we have what you are looking for. The name Sixty61 comes from the grade of aluminum we machine most of our parts from. 6061 t6 aluminum is commonly referred to as aircraft quality aluminum. Sixty61 sportbike accessories was started by a couple of guys that wanted their bikes to stand apart from the rest. After making parts for our personal bikes we began getting a lot of requests to make the same parts for other people. The local demand got too big for 2 guys working on one machine, so we decided to form what is now Sixty61 LLC. In 2004, Sixty61 was the first company to introduce spiked windscreen bolts and spiked frame sliders to the sportbike market. In 2007, Keith Capizzi buys out Co-founder Luke McCracken to be the soul owner of Sixty61. Later that year we introduce Bling Bolts. In 2008, Sixty61 introduced the Gatling style frame sliders and bar ends. In 2009 we added the axle covers and fork covers to the gatling family. Sixty61 strives to set trends and give other companies products worth copying. Remember, many will copy but there is only one original!
