Six Physio started out in 1996 and has since grown into a team of more than 100 specialists across London, Lindfield and Ashley Cross, each one chosen not just for their expertise but for their ability to build the kind of relationship that actually makes a difference. From day one, our goal was simple: to help people feel stronger and more like themselves through quality physiotherapy, with clinicians who take the time to understand the person in front of them, not just the injury. In July 2026, we launched a new look, the same team and the same care, now reflected in a brand that speaks to the people behind it and the partnerships we build with our patients. We believe the relationship between a clinician and their patient is where the difference is made. Not the diagnosis alone, and not the treatment plan on its own, but the ongoing understanding that develops over time. That's the same clinician, getting to know how your body works, what it needs next, and what a full recovery actually looks like for you.
