SITAF SpA is the concessionaire of the Turin-Bardonecchia motorway and, jointly with the French company SFTRF, manages the Frejus Tunnel. The company is part of ASTM, international industrial group active in the sectors of freeway network management under concession, design and construction of major infrastructure works and technology applied to infrastructure. In concessions, the Group is the third largest motorway operator in the world. In Italy, ASTM's motorway network connects the main cities of the north-west, stretching across Piedmont, Valle d'Aosta, Lombardy, Liguria, and Tuscany.
