Sit Straight Information

Statistics show that 80% of people will suffer from spine and back problems at some point in their lives. Alarmingly, 54% of those with spine problems will continue to suffer from pain for the rest of their lives if they did not do immediate lifestyle changes to protect and heal their spine. When we dug deeper in our research, we found out that the leading cause of these spine problems is improper posture while sitting, driving, and sleeping. With these worrying statistics and the founder's own struggle with chronic back pain, the idea of Sit Straight came out. Founded in 2017, Sit Straight is the first company in Egypt specialized in manufacturing and selling medical support products* solely for the spine - based on the latest medical research. Our aim is to prevent pain and facilitate your everyday life; whether at work, home, while driving, or during sleep. We collaborated with physiotherapists in the United Kingdom to design back and neck support products that provide a perfect blend of support, comfort, and durability. Our medical cushions make any chair/bed ergonomically correct which counteracts poor posture, decreases strain, and relieves discomfort while sitting/sleeping. Driven by a customer focused mission, we pride ourselves to have helped thousands of Egyptians live with less pain so they would focus on the important things in life. Our vision is to expand in the near future into other medical related products that promote a healthier pain-free spine and to become a one-stop destination for everything spine related; tips, products, supplements, and physiotherapy care. Hence our motto "we've got your back." *All our products have been clinically tested by customers and professionals and are recommended by doctors and physiotherapists from around the world.
