Sistas N Insurance is taking on a holistic approach to engaging with professional women who identify as black or a person of color in the insurance industry. We are providing them a safe space where the whole woman is accepted. Our members are able to engage with fellow women in the industry to network socially and professionally. Black women and women of color cannot be supported in the same way as all women because we have been marginalized and largely ignored in the workplace and in society for generations. Sistas N Insurance is here to magnify the small glimmer of light that is shown on us for the entire world to appreciate. We offer a Membership Program, Podcasts, Videos, Blogs, Social Media Groups, and More. Beyond insurance industry insights, we discuss the unique challenges women of color face in our industry. With a membership to Sistas N Insurance, you can privately connect with our nationwide network of insurance professionals.
