Sistability is an award-winning, certified social enterprise and female-founded domestic care and aged care coordination provider based in Ballina, NSW - servicing the beautiful Northern Rivers. We help seniors, NDIS participants, and busy families live safely and independently at home through premium domestic services, personalised care coordination, and practical support that truly makes a difference. Since 2018, Sistability has been trusted for high-quality cleaning, gardening, and in-home support. Today, we also walk alongside seniors and their families at every stage of the aged care journey—offering navigation support through Care Compass and full Home Care Package coordination through our Guided Support (Self-Managed Plus) option. As a social enterprise, we reinvest in our people and community. We create meaningful, flexible jobs - especially for women, return-to-work parents, and young people - while ensuring vulnerable clients receive safe, dignified, and compassionate support. Whether it’s weekly home help or navigating complex systems, we’re here to reduce the mental load and make life easier.
