Provider of the SynChart personal health record service and Medical QR Code service. SynChart allows you to take control of your health information and have that information available to you anytime, anyplace. SynChart was developed by Dr. Mark Westfall, an Emergency Medicine physician, with one goal: "To improve the communication of health information between patients and their healthcare providers." Our Mission is to provide safe, secure, accurate, readily available and easy to use personal health records. Through our Medical QR Code service emergency personnel for distance events all all types (marathons / triathlons) will have secure access an individual participants registration information as well as information within the SynChart Personal Health Record.
