SIPEF is a Belgian agribusiness group, listed on Euronext Brussels, specialising in the production of high-quality, sustainable, fully traceable, and certified palm products and bananas. In Indonesia and Papua New Guinea, the Group produces palm products including fresh fruit bunches (FFB), crude palm oil (CPO), palm kernels (PK), and crude palm kernel oil (CPKO). Its banana operations are located in Côte d'Ivoire. Guided by its Balanced Growth Strategy, SIPEF combines commercial progress with a positive impact on ecosystems and communities, upholding rigorous social and environmental standards, respecting human rights, and creating fair opportunities in the rural and remote areas in which it operates. In 2025, SIPEF employed 24 027 people across five countries and managed 85 814 hectares of own production area. The Group maintains 100% traceability across all its palm oil and banana products and holdscertifications fromtheRoundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO),Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil(ISPO),and International Sustainability and Carbon Certification(ISCC) for parts of its palm oil operations, and Rainforest Alliance, GLOBALG.A.P.,and Fairtrade certifications for its banana operations.
