Gas Turbines and Steam Turbines SIPA offers a complete service on gas turbines, from major inspections to minor inspections, including repairs, on site machining, on site burners and parts cleaning with ultrasonic bath, and which is more relevant, supply of spare and capital parts. Our aim is to reconcile the best quality service with the optimal response time for mobilization and provide spare and capital parts . SIPA supplies turnkey overhauls for steam turbines including blades replacement. All necessary modifications and improvements for changing operation values can be calculated for a reliable operation. Engineering SIPA engineering and consulting comprises a diverse offer of services from consultancy in specific tasks, to wider projects. Our intent is to provide an integral service to our clients. Along with the previous mentioned works we perform on site with turbines, generators, BoP, etc, we provide a set of engineering services to our customers: Relocation Projects The relocation of power plants components or an entire power plant require special experience with the components to ensure a failure- free operation at the new location. With the significant fact-finding procedure and FEM (finite element method) calculation, we assign the life time of each component. We ensure sufficient spare parts and adapt the service strategy to the new operation conditions to ensure the highest performance.
