Making Things Better Year After Year The business was started by Rob Harris in Bromsgrove, UK and Li Xie in Jinan China in 2003. Sino now operates a state of the art 54 000 sq ft factory in Shenzhen. In 2023 Sino celebrated its 20th anniversary and started the year by opening a new sales and technical centre in Quertaro, Mexico.
