Since 1985, Sinmatex manufactures and exports knitted garments, offering a divers range of fabrics : Jersey, Interlock, Rib, Fleece, Velvet, Piqué. - Sustainability - Sinmatex believes that running its business from a sustainable perspective was the only way to concretise its commitment to the environment. Therefore the decision to invest in a water pretreatment station was taken to go further with this commitment. - The quality challenge - The quality system set up by Sinmatex aims to the continuous improvement of procedures, analysis of non-compliances, preventive and curative actions control as well as internal audit. Certifications This importance given to quality brought Sinmatex to be certified by several organisms : GOTS; Oeko.tex; ISO 9001; Fibre citoyenne; Decathlon Production licence. Out of concern for quality, Sinmatex has at its disposal a textile laboratory equipped in order to ensure the control of raw material, the developement of Lab Dips as well as the control of the finished fabric. - The power of vertical integration - Sinmatex relies on its vertical integration, ensuring the entire production process : Knitting Dyeing (all over printing and finishings) Cutting Embellishing (prints, embroidery, heat transfers) Sewing and packing.
