SinkPath is a full-scale datacenter design and audit tool from a thermo-hydraulic angle. We offer the following features: 1. Junction-to-case thermal modeling: Build your own package. We have many pre-existing vendor provided package dimensions and thermal properties but offer full customization of package dimensions, thermal properties, conduction layers, and new and exotic designs like wick-based on chip cooling, integrated vapor chambers, single-phase and two-phase flows through the interposer, etc. 2. Case-to-fluid modeling: Choose from an existing library of fluids and cold plates, or build your own. The software will perform a live audit of your pressure drops and temperature duties. 3. Server topology optimization: Design your own server. We will provide fluid flow optimization for the lowest pressure drop and lowest chip temperatures in the lowest material costs. 4. TCS reliability: Choose your TCS fluid (or add your own fluid properties) and the software will conduct a full reliability audit of the fluid flow. Does it clog the microchannels? Do the lubricants leak into the system? What's the integrity of the quick disconnects? How about the package warpage and CTE mismatch? We leave nothing to chance (Well we currently do leave some things to chance because not everything has models and data but we do flag the risks). 5. Full fluidic circuit hydraulic analysis: pumping power, on-server fans, everything is audited from a pressure drop and parasitic load point of view. Your TUE and PUE are as accurate as they can be. 6. Free cooling: Based on the climate and the chiller and economizer combination chosen, the software does a year-round economizer analysis, giving you a clear picture of free cooling that can be obtained with thermosyphons, dry coolers, and adiabatic chillers. 7. Validation and benchmarking: Every model used in the software is benchmarked against existing models, along with the couplings between different models.
