Headquartered in Malta, with offices in North Macedonia and Georgia, it focused on building online gaming platforms and omni-channel solutions across sportsbook, casino, poker and related products. Over more than a decade, Singular developed scalable, high-performance technology and partnered with some of the most innovative brands in the industry. In 2021, Flutter Entertainment acquired Singular, integrating the business into its international operations to strengthen in-house technology capabilities. Following the acquisition, Singular’s expertise, platform and talent became embedded within Flutter’s wider ecosystem. Later, Flutter Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) was officially launched and Singular was fully integrated into Flutter CEE. Today, the former Singular team across Malta, North Macedonia and Georgia operate as Flutter CEE team, building and scaling products for Flutter CEE’s commercial brands across the region.
