Our name is new, but our projects are familiar. We founded Singular to put our experience to use towards a better way of doing things — more complex projects, requiring more thought; more transparency; better communication; more innovative solutions. With decades of construction under our belts, we know what we like and what we’re good at: We love projects that require extreme and inventive technical wizardry. We love working alongside architects and engineers on the complex technical requirements of retrofits and seismic upgrades. We love logistical puzzles of mind-bending constraint — raising intricate structures in the middle of busy cities, phasing work in buildings, hotels, offices and retail spaces in which people continue with business as usual. We love the challenge of giving historic structures new life for the next 100 years. We love the exacting demands of the highest-end creations.
