Choosing a builder for your home is a big decision. There are so many things to consider including design, price, quality, and your preference for your own level of involvement. At Singleton Building, we work with you through each of these factors to arrive at solutions that match your needs and preferences. Established in 2015, Singleton Building has been building quality custom homes at a fair price for three years. Combined, our crew has over 50 years experience in the home and construction industry. Our homes are built indoors at a factory, so the home is not exposed to rain, wind, and other inclement weather. Typically, the home is built in two or more parts, called mods. These mods are then delivered to the building site and placed on the crawl space or basement. At that point, the button-up work is completed and youre ready to move into your new home. The time frame for the factory building is typically 8-12 weeks and simultaneously the site preparation can begin. Button-up work can be completed in approximately 2-4 weeks. Once the order is placed, your home can be finished in approximately 10-16 weeks. Every floor plan imaginable is available. Whether you have the blueprints already in hand, or youre starting from scratch, or you have a plan you like but want to make some changes, we can help guide you through the process of choosing your plan. You have the say in colors, cabinets, counter tops, doors, trim, siding options, appliances, you name it. Once youve chosen your plan and building site, the order is placed and construction begins!
