And who is Single Vines? • Fun gatherings for mature singles typically 45-65 years old • Thoughtful yet lively events promoting face-to-face interaction • Balanced gender mix goal of 50/50 Single Vines is tackling the “alone factor” for mature singles typically 45-65 years old. We find a café, artisanal shop, gallery, theater… you name it… to jointly host an event, often with a theme or engaging topic, exclusively for mature singles. No raves or wild bars where cacophony rules and your voice gets lost. We strive to cultivate places where mature single mingling is fun and you can actually talk. And because every guest is required to bring someone of the opposite gender – friend, date or casual acquaintance – all our events cultivate an even male/female ratio - something few Seattle bars can say. In the future we plan to organize activity groups such as skiing, running and possibly volunteer opportunities to help the community while we socialize.
