Music for All's mission is to create, provide and expand positively life-changing experiences through music for all. Music for All is one of the largest and most influential national music education organizations in support of active music-making. Music for All is unique in that it combines programming at a national level with awareness campaigns, research and advocacy. Bands of America (BOA) and Orchestra America are programs of Music for All, with a 33-year heritage in providing spectacular educational experiences for instrumental music programs and students. Music for All is also one of the nation's leading music and arts education research, public policy and advocacy organizations, addressing the growing concern that public policies have created barriers for many schools and communities to provide music and arts programs as part of a basic education for all children. From humble beginnings in 1976 with a single summer workshop for teachers, Music for All programs are today recognized as the pinnacle of educational programming for high school instrumental music programs nationwide. Music for All's programs include fall marching band Regional Championships and the Grand National Championships. The Music for All National Festival is held each spring in Indianapolis and features the National Concert Band Festival, Orchestra America National Festival and the National Percussion Festival. Music for All is committed to expanding the role of music and the arts in education, to heightening the public's appreciation of the value of music and arts education, and to creating a positive environment for the arts through societal change. Working with leading national authorities and other non-profit organizations, Music for All invests resources and personnel in projects that expand across to public school music and arts programs, research and advocacy and public awareness efforts to support music and arts education.

With more than 120 years of tradition, over 930,000 members admitted since its founding, a vast array of service work, a historic National Headquarters building with extraordinary collections, and countless activities taking place locally, nationally and globally, there is much to learn about the Daughters of the American Revolution. The organization was founded in 1890 with the simple mission of promoting historic preservation, education and patriotism. These timeless, overarching principles keep the DAR strong and vitally relevant in this ever-changing world. This nonprofit, nonpolitical volunteer women's service organization dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history and securing America's future through better education consists of over 185,000 members in 3,000 chapters across the world. These vibrant, active women are the heart of the organization. The grassroots work of DAR volunteers promotes the organization's objectives of historic preservation, education and patriotism.

The Barbershop Harmony Society is the world leader in close-harmony a cappella singing, with approximately 14,000 members across North America. Founded in 1938 as the Society for the Preservation and Encouragement of Barber Shop Quartet Singing in America, the Society welcomes all people of all ages to sing in more than 1200 quartets and nearly 700 choruses that range in size from a dozen to 150 singers. Allied organizations in more than a dozen countries bring the total number of active barbershop singers to more than 70,000 worldwide. Through active programs in music education, publishing, performance and outreach, the Society preserves and extends the reach of a uniquely American close harmony musical art form whose roots lie in African-American communities of the South in the late 1800s. Today, the Society now expends nearly $1 million annually in support of community and school programs that bring the fellowship, fulfillment and excitement of vocal music to a new generation of singers.
