SineFuma Information

SineFuma is a company that organizes Stop Smoking Cessation Programs and sells CO-measurement equipment to support Stop Smoking Programs. The Stop Smoking Program that SineFuma offers is based on the Stop Smoking Cessation program used by the National Health Service in the UK. It consists of 7 weekly sessions in which smokers get supervision and support to stop smoking. It is strongly advised that people use either medication of NRT to maintain total abstinence. Further there is focus on relapse prevention and keeping the participants positive and encouraged. In the Netherlands 38% of the participants is still free of smoking after 12 months (of 600+ part.)
